First time participants need to bring a birth certificate, proof of residency and proof of medical insurance in order to register. Insurance is available for purchase.

IMPORTANT NOTE: ALL 2011 SPRING SOCCER REGISTRANTS MUST BRING BIRTH CERTIFICATE, PROOF OF RESIDENCY AND PROOF OF MEDICAL INSURANCE IN ORDER TO REGISTER, REGARDLESS OF PAST PARTICIPATION IN WEST ASHLEY YOUTH SPORTS.
